Meet Coach

Hi, I'm Coach P

Coach P isn’t a general fitness trainer. He’s a linebacker specialist who understands the position from the inside out — because he’s lived it.

As a former Division 1 and professional athlete, he knows exactly what separates linebackers who play fast from those who hesitate on film.


He’s worked with:

  • The bench linebacker who earned his first start by mid-season

  • The varsity starter who cleaned up his footwork and stopped false-stepping

  • The elite prospect who fixed one technical flaw before signing day
